I refer to the Court Security and Custodial Services contract, and ask: (a) is the Ashley Group responsible for Serco prison van CCTV maintenance and, if so, is that under this contract or another contract; (b) if under another contract, what is that contract's title; (c) what is the value of the contract for CCTV maintenance, and what other responsibilities does this contract impose on Ashley Group in relation to prison vans operated by Serco; and (d) does the Ashley Group have other contracts with the Department of Corrective Services or Serco and, if so, what is the name and value of each contract?

(a) Yes. The Department of Corrective Services has a contract with Fleetcare who subcontracts the telecommunications package of work, which includes CCTV maintenance, to the Ashley Group. The Department of Corrective Services does not have any direct contractual arrangement with the Ashley Group.
(b) CUA19510 - Motor Vehicle Fleet Services, Panel A - Motor Vehicle Fleet Management Services.
(c) The value of telecommunications maintenance services provided through the Fleetcare Contract is approximately $1,000 per vehicle per month. It includes maintenance of the CCTV data collection and maintenance of other telecommunications systems.
(d) The Department of Corrective Services does not have any contracts with the Ashley Group. Serco has a contract with the Ashley Group for the maintenance of screens and cameras in their secure vehicles. The value of this arrangement is approximately $155,000 per month.
