I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. The minister has provided the following answer. (1) The flood mitigation project has the potential to access funding through the royalties for regions’ water and natural resource management initiative in the 2011–12 state budget papers. (2) The funds are notionally allocated from 2011–12 to 2014–15 and are subject to cabinet approval. (3)–(4) Funding is available through the Gascoyne revitalisation plan. The Gascoyne revitalisation steering committee recommends priority projects for funding.
