I refer the Minister to the response I received to question on notice 2050, directed to his colleague the Minister for Health, and I ask: (a) how many fines have been issued under s.253 of the Mental Health Act 2014 (The Act) over the past five years: (i) if none, in reference to (a), when was the last such fine issued; (b) how many fines have been issued under s.229 of The Act: (i) if none, in reference to (b), when was the last such fine issued; and (c) how many fines have been issued under s.213 of The Act: (i) if none, in reference to (c), when was the last such fine issued?

The Western Australia Police Force advise:
(a) Nil Charges. (i) No charges or fines have been issued under s253 of the Mental Health Act 2014 (b) Nil Charges (i) No charges or fines have been issued under s229 of the Mental Health Act 2014 (c) Nil Charges (i) No charges or fines have been issued under s213 of the Mental Health Act 2014
