I refer the Minister to the response I received to question on notice 2050, directed to his colleague the Minister for Health, and I ask: (a) how many fines have been issued under s.253 of the Mental Health Act 2014 (The Act) over the past five years: (i) if none, in reference to (a), when was the last such fine issued; (b) how many fines have been issued under s.229 of The Act: (i) if none, in reference to (b), when was the last such fine issued; and (c) how many fines have been issued under s.213 of The Act: (i) if none, in reference to (c), when was the last such fine issued?
