I refer the Premier to his requirement to make a decision on the appeals lodged under section 100(2) of the Environmental Protection Act regarding the Coral Coast Marina Development Pty Ltd proposal. (1) What was the Premier’s decision on the appeals as opposed to his decision on the proposal, which the Premier announced? (2) Did the Premier provide a written decision for the appeals; and if not, why not? (3) If a written decision for the appeals was provided, will the Premier table that decision; and if not, why not?
