I refer to the announcement on 30 March 2025, that the re-opening of the outer Armadale Line had been delayed by an unspecified amount of time, and the answer to Legislative Council question on notice 22, answered on 20 May 2025, which indicated that the delay was due to a misalignment problem found on routine inspection, and I ask: (a) on what date did the routine inspection that first identified the problem occur; (b) when was it determined that the problem would result in the unspecified months-long delay of the outer Armadale Line, and who made the determination; (c) when was the Minister informed of (a) and (b); (d) noting that the answer to question on notice 22 indicates that the misaligned elastomeric bearing pads had been replaced as of 20 May 2025, when were these replacement works completed; (e) were there any other factors which contributed to the need to delay the re-opening of the outer part of the line; and (f) if yes to (e), what were they?
