(1 and 2) Land Corp and Land Bank, in conjunction with the Rottnest Island Authority, have commenced the first stage of preparing a briefing for an Expression of Interest to be released in March 2006. When this process is completed, the financial considerations including the additional revenue that will be generated from the proposed new accommodation will be determined. (3) May 2006. (4) 2008
