(a) can the Minister confirm that Transfield contractors in the Mid-West Zone are now being made to tender for jobs such as renovating vacant homes;
(b) has there been a recent change to this process and, if so, for what reason was this change made; and
(c) has there been a decline in the value of work and number of jobs being offered to local contractors in recent months and, if so, what is the reason for this decline?

(a) All renovations of vacant homes over $20 000 are advertised on Tenders WA, in accordance with Department of Finance procurement guidelines and Minor Works Conditions of Tendering and Conditions of Contract.
