I refer to dwell times, and I ask: (a) does the Public Transport Authority record dwell times; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) what was the average dwell time for A-series trains in March 2025; (d) what was the average dwell time for B-series trains in March 2025; (e) what was the average dwell time for C-series trains in March 2025; and (f) if the above cannot be provided, why not and please explain why this data would not be available given very specific records exist of train movements across the modern system?
