I refer to question on notice No. 233 of Tuesday, September 25 2001 and the answers provided -
(1) Has the Department formerly known as the Department of Minerals and Energy, provided incorrect and misleading information with the answer to part (2) of the question?
(2) If yes, will the Minister ensure that a written apology is provided to Mr Meyer Forst?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
(4) Can the Minister explain how each and every complaint raised by Mr Meyer Forst can have been investigated thoroughly by the Department given that the Minister has conceded that the Department provided incorrect information for the answer to parts (1) and (3) of the question?
(5) If not, why not?
