There has been great concern by members of the aquaculture, fisheries and agriculture industries regarding the regulation of spray drift, and the potential dangers associated with the practice, I now ask -
(1) Are you progressing a bill to regulate agri-chemical use and spray drift?
(2) If so, at what stage is this legislation?
(3) Which Minister will have final carriage of this legislation?
(4) Will there be a plan to implement a one-stop shop for incident reporting and investigation into issues regarding human health, environmental harm and stock or crop damage?
