(2) During 2017, how many times was an EMD interfered with, resulting in a breach of the offenders sentencing conditions? (3) Was there any time during 2017 when an EMDs was entirely removed by an offender and if so: (a) How many times did this occur; and (b) What were the offences committed by each offender which resulted in the EMD being attached as a sentencing condition?
