is what the Premier considers normal, what does a crisis look like?

statistics. We know that crime peaked under the Liberals and Nationals in 2016.
Western Australia's total crime rate has dropped by over 17% under Labor.
Burglary offences have declined by 64%. Property damage has dropped by 20%.
