❓ Mr. Staltari requests data on reported incidents of physical assault and intimidation in WA schools from 2020 to Term 1 2025 via the Department of Education's OINS. The department declined to provide the data, citing resource constraints and the system's purpose as a notification, not a public reporting, system.

(a) (i)-(vi) The Online Incident Notification System (OINS) was established as a notification system, not a public reporting system. The Member has requested a significant amount of data. The information requested is not readily available and collecting it would divert staff away from their normal duties, and it is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources.
