(b) the hospitals that those assaults occurred at;
(c) the area/department of the hospital at which those assaults occurred;
(d) the number of assaults reported to police;
(e) the number of convictions that arose from those assaults; and
(f) the total number of Code Blacks and at which hospitals they occurred?
