parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to the former hospital site in Port Hedland.
(1) Has the sales process between
LandCorp and Finbar been finalised?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the price
paid for this site?
(3) If no to (1), when will the
sales process be finalised and what is the anticipated sales price?
(4) Has the site been valued; and,
if so, what is that valuation?

(2) Not applicable.
(3) Contract
execution is expected by the end of 2014 with the sales price to be determined
on execution.
(4) Yes, the site has been valued.
Valuation cannot be provided as the contract is under negotiation.
