(2) For the officers medically retired in 2025, please provide a breakdown by the medical retirement category or reason recorded, including (but not limited to) : (a) total and permanent impairment; (b) total incapacity for work; (c) psychological injury (including PTSD); and (d) physical injury? (3) For (1), what was: (a) the average compensation payout; (b) the highest compensation payout; (c) the lowest compensation payout; and (d) the total compensation payout for all medical retirements?
