Further to question No. 636 of 17 June 2009, on The Cliffe and the report prepared by heritage expert Mr Martin Colgan in March 2007, at the request of the State Solicitor’s Office, I ask -
(1) Did you obtain the report from the State Solicitor’s Office directly?
(2) Who authorised the sharing of the report?
(3) Why was this report not tabled in Parliament at the time?
(4) Is the Premier concerned with the practice of the State Solicitor’s Office of sharing reports they commission in relation to matters in the Supreme Court with members of the back bench?

Office of the Premier advises:
(1-4) All representations at the time were made as the Member for Cottesloe and not in the capacity of Premier. The Member for Cottesloe did not obtain the report from the State Solicitor's Office and does not interfere with the practices of this office.
