I refer to the 2025 State Election and the 173,000 penalty notices issued to electors who appeared to have not voted, and I ask: (a) of the 173,000 penalty notices issued how many have been paid to 31st December 2025; (b) What is the total value of penalty payments received by 31st December 2025; (c) How many of the 173,000 penalty notices have been adequately defended and therefore the penalty waived; and (d) What were the five most common reasons for penalties being waived?
