Consistent with the State Supply Commission Open and Effective Competition Policy, in the past financial year was there any repeat (i.e. ad-hoc monthly supply without going to tender) good or service supplied to any agency, department, government trading enterprise or board within the Minister's portfolio with a monetary value from $50,000 up to $250,000, and if so: (a) What was the nature of the good or service repeatedly supplied; (b) What was the individual value of (a); (c) Why was this not put out to a tender process; and (d) What officers were responsible for the initial procurement and invoice payment of each supply?
