With reference to question without notice No. 1648 of the 26 September 2006, asked of the Minister for State Development, I ask -
(1) In relation to the leases held by Woodside Energy for lots 384 and 574 on the Burrup Peninsula, is this lease number General Lease J736319?
(2) In relation to General Lease J810547 and General Lease L161020 on the Burrup Peninsula, will the Minister identify the dates on which these leases were taken out and the parties involved in the holding of these leases?
(3) In relation to General Lease J736319, General Lease J810547 and General Lease L161020 are there any other forms of tenure or lease that apply to these land areas?
(4) If yes to (1), (2) and (3), will the Minister table details of the ownership, dates of the granting of these leases and copies of these leases?
(5) If no to (1), (2) and (3), will the Minister identify the ownership, and dates of the granting of these General Leases?
(6) If no to (1), (2), and (3), will the Minister identify the ownership, and the dates of the granting of any leases held over these areas?
