The Department of Finance advises:
(1) Over 800 staff will be relocating to Joondalup, the majority of whom are from the Perth central business district.
(2) Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
(3) The major milestones and anticipated completion dates are as follows:
- approval of design development – October 2017;
- fit-out tender release – January 2018;
- base-build date of practical completion – March/April 2018;
- fit-out contractor award – March/April 2018;
- fit-out date of practical completion – November 2018; and
- agency occupation – late 2018/early 2019.
