(c) All clients are entitled to receive Government funded therapy services according to their assessment relative to other clients and the client's own appraised clinical need, within available resources. (d) Growth funding assigned to a Service Provider means that more clients can be incorporated into the programme. This may also mean an increase in an individual’s service level based on relative need. (e) 280 children. (f) At least 10 children.
