(a)&(b) The Government’s February election policy was to amend the Commercial Tenancy Act and associated legislation to implement a number of changes to stop exploitative practices from continuing against small retail businesses. The final form of the consultation process and associated review and the structure of any committee (including a chairman) has not been decided.
