(a) All in-house Legal Aid WA lawyers and client facing staff will complete the training.  It is anticipated approximately 840 external lawyers from private practice and the community legal sector will also participate in the training, with training available free of charge to all lawyers across the State.
(b) The requirements for engaging in legal practice are set out in the Legal Profession Uniform Law.
(c) Legal Aid WA will track participation through its internal Learning Management System and via sign-in sheets.
(d) The establishment of an Advisory Group is in progress. Various stakeholders including the Aboriginal Legal Service and Aboriginal Family Legal Service will be invited to sit on the Advisory Group and provide expert guidance.
(e) Targeted stakeholder meetings, focus group feedback meetings and individual interviews, where appropriate.
