MICKELBERG CASE — EX GRATIA PAYMENT
I refer the Premier to allegations made in The West Australian on 17 January 2008 that conditions attached to the ex gratia payments made to Peter and Ray Mickelberg by the Attorney General differed from those approved by cabinet. (1) Is the media report correct? (2) If not, will the Premier table cabinet’s decision to prove the error of the media report; and, if not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
