I refer to the response to Question on Notice 5480 in relation to the $30,000 provided to Leadership WA, and ask: (a) Have any 'senior executives presented at Leadership WA leadership programs' as per the stated outcomes of the sponsorship: (i) If so, what 'senior executive' presented, on what date, where, and on what topic, and did the department have to pay for this opportunity in addition to the sponsorship; (b) As per the stated outcomes of the sponsorship, has anyone accessed 'Leadership WA Development Manager' as part of the Signature Leadership Program: (i) If so, on what date, what was the outcome of this access, and what were the associated costs; (c) As per the stated outcomes of the sponsorship, has anyone accessed Leadership WA's 'network of professional coaches and facilitators': (i) If so, who accessed the professional coach and facilitator, what was the purpose of accessing this coach or facilitator, was there an associated cost, and if so, what was it; and (d) When was this sponsorship audited or reviewed and what the outcome?

(b) & (i) During 2017, 2018 and 2019 all Department of Health program participants had access to the Leadership WA Development Manager and the Leadership WA Chief Executive Officer for counsel, support or information. These discussions provided holistic support for the leadership development of program participants.
On 26 February 2019, the Chief Executive Officer of Leadership WA provided subject matter expertise input into the Department of Health’s new Health Leadership Strategic Intent. There were no additional costs associated with this support.
(c) & (i) All participants in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Signature Leadership Program access the network of professional coaches as part of their program. There are no additional costs associated with this access. The purpose of accessing these coaches is to provide further confidential personal or professional development.
(d) The sponsorship was reviewed on 26 November 2018. The Department of Health was satisfied that sponsorship funding was being used for good purposes.
