(1) Work performed on Freedom of Information across Government matters is deemed to be core work of the State Solicitor's Office (SSO). Core work attracts a notional charge only. This information was obtained from a thorough interrogation of the State Solicitor's Office's records and is as accurate as it can be in the circumstances.

(2) It is our understanding that the conciliation process adopted by the Office of the Information Commissioner was introduced in late 2013. Therefore no conciliation conferences occurred in either 2011-2012 or 2012-2013.
SSO does not keep easily interrogated records regarding the number of attendances at conciliation conferences of this nature. The answers are as accurate as they can be in the circumstances.
