SHOW-CAUSE NOTICE
1199. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Health:
I refer to the show-cause notice issued to the Child and
Adolescent Health Service board in February 2022.
(1) Was the minister briefed prior to the issuance of the
show-cause notice?
(2) If yes to (1), who briefed the minister and when did this
occur?
(3) Will the minister table the briefing notes and
similar documents she received that led to the notice being issued?
(4) If no to
(3), will the minister issue a notice to the Auditor General under section 82
of the Financial Management Act 2006?

information going back to 2022. Sometimes finding things like that in four
hours for a question with some notice is not possible.
