(1) Is it correct that the Department of the Premier and Cabinet has advised the Department of Education not to fill acting positions within the senior executive of the Department of Education, even though the process of filling the acting vacancies has been completed and the names of relevant applicants have been provided to the Minister for Education? (1)-(2) The Director General of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet asked the Acting Director General of the Department of Education to consider not making changes to the existing senior executive acting arrangements, pending the imminent substantive appointment of the director general. The Acting Director General of the Department of Education agreed to this request.
