MARKET-LED PROPOSALS
POLICY
677. Hon PETER COLLIER to
the minister representing the Minister for Finance:

(2) How many of
these proposals have had or are having their business case evaluated—that
is, advanced to stage 2?
(3) Of this
number, how many proponents have been invited to negotiate a final binding
offer—that is, progress to stage 3?
