I refer again to the 14 April article in the Sunday Times headed “Exclusive lunches a powerful force”, and ask - (1) Did Hon Graham Giffard attend the lunch in his capacity as parliamentary secretary? (2) What was discussed at the meeting? (3) What agreements were reached with Mr Rummukainen? Hon GRAHAM GIFFARD
