I refer to the Expression of Interest Tender for 'New Transperth Ferry Vessels - Capability for Construction and Delivery' (EOI240480), and the accompanying documentation, including the file 'PTA240480 New Transperth Ferry EOI Briefing Presentation V1.0 060924', and noting slide 4, which indicates that the objective of the EOI is to "Develop a business case for the expansion of the Perth metropolitan ferry service", and I ask: (a) was a business case developed; (b) if yes to (a), is this publicly available or can it be tabled; (c) if no to (a), why not; (d) did the business case conduct a benefit cost analysis; and (e) if yes to (d), what was the outcome?
