(a) 'The preparation of Agendas and Minutes - A Guide for Western Australian Local Governments' was revised in October 2000 and made available to all local governments in printed form.  This publication is currently under review and will be available on the Department of Local Government and Communities' website in the coming months. Local Government Operational Guideline number 07 'Clarity in Council Motions' was produced in June 2005 and is available on the Department's website.
(b) These documents are publically available.
