(1) As previously announced the TAB is not part of the 1st tranche of assets being considered for sale. The Government will take a long-term view regarding which assets should remain in government ownership and which are more suitably owned and operated by the private sector and will consult widely with industry before finalising any decision. Lotterywest will not be sold under this government.
