By virtue of the
member's statement, I assume that the premise is that people needing social
homes are bad. There was an implication that because they are social housing
tenants, they are therefore involved in criminal activity. I do not accept that
premise. That is the sort of attitude we see from those opposite. The police
continue to work with the community there to make sure that we overcome any
antisocial behaviour, as the police do right across this great state.
