I refer the Minister to the Regional Connectivity Program (RCP), funded jointly by the Commonwealth and State Governments and I note the appalling access to data and voice services across the Kimberley, and the impact that lack of connectivity has on residents, and I ask, can the Minister advise when the first new RCP funded Telstra mobile towers, planned for the Kimberley, are expected to come online?
