I refer to the government’s media release of 2 February. The Greens (WA) congratulate the government on addressing the chronic housing shortage. (1) What percentage of all planned housing units will incorporate best-practice environmental building standards five-star-plus sustainability rating? (2) If the answer to (1) is less than 100 per cent, can the minister please explain why? (3) In what local government areas will the 295 units scheduled for the north metropolitan region be built, and can the minister please identify the number of units per local government area?
