LAW AND ORDER —
SMALL BUSINESS
1014. Mrs A.K. HAYDEN to the Attorney General:
I have a supplementary question. It
is getting embarrassing that the Attorney General is continually unaware of
these high-profile cases under his portfolio.
(1) What are the implications for
small businesses?
(2) Can they now
reasonably detain retail criminals?
(3) Will his
government be communicating to small businesses so they know their rights on
retail crime?
