(1-4) AlintaGas is fully meeting its formal obligations in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. AlintaGas has undertaken a comprehensive gas network reticulation program in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. AlintaGas operates the network under its Goldfields-Esperance Supply Area Gas Distribution Licence, issued by the Coordinator of Energy, pursuant to the Energy Coordination Act 1994. This licence sets out obligations in relation to the connection of customers. AlintaGas is meeting these obligations and its performance is monitored by the Coordinator of Energy. AlintaGas will continue to extend the network and connect customers where it is operationally feasible and economically viable to do so.
