I refer to Buru Energy’s gas wells Yulleroo 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the Kimberley region, and I ask: (a) is the Minister aware of any leaks or potential leaks having occurred at any of these wells since 1 January 2012: (i) if yes to (a), which well, or wells, have had leaks or potential leaks reported; (b) when did the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) first become aware of any leaks or potential leaks; (c) who reported each leak or potential leak to the DMP and when; (d) what action did the DMP take when it became aware of any leaks or potential leaks; (e) did the DMP investigate the leak or potential leak and, if not, why not; (f) if yes to (e), was there an incident report: (i) if yes to (f), will the Minister table this document and, if not, why not; and (g) if yes to (e,) was there an investigation report: (i) if yes to (g), will the Minister table this document and, if not, why not?
