(1) What does the minister consider to be the price of an affordable house? (2) What percentage of new houses in the developments covered by the Armadale Redevelopment Authority will meet that affordable house price? On behalf of the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, I am sorry to break the unimpugnable record of today, but it appears that I do not have a response to this question. Should one appear, I am happy to provide it to the member.
