With regard to the demolition of the Bunbury power station - although from the answer which has already been given we are now advised it is the part-demolition - (1) Will the successful tenderer be employing a demolition method whereby the building is demolished without the prior removal of asbestos? (2) What measures will be put in place to protect the community from airborne asbestos? (3) What liability does the Government have in the event of asbestos contamination? (4) Has the Government entered into an arrangement whereby the site has been sold to the successful tenderer for the period of the contract and the Government will then buy it back upon completion of the demolition? Hon N.F. MOORE
