I refer to the Australian Human Rights Commission publication:
An age of uncertainty: Inquiry into the treatment of individuals suspected of people smuggling offences who say that they are children
, and I ask —
(1) How many individuals who say that they are aged under 18 years old, or were under 18 years old at the time the alleged people smuggling offences occurred, are currently being held in Western Australian prisons?
(2) For each individual in (1) —
(a) in which prison are they located;
(b) what age do they say they are now; and
(c) what age do they say they were when they were first placed in custody?
