I have a supplementary question. How could the Attorney General not know about this issue when The West Australian published explicit extracts of the unpublished book In the Minds of My Keepers in an article on 23 March this year? Why has he failed to act? Mr J.A. McGINTY

I said I am unaware of the matters. While the member might think that I should be aware of them, I am not. Certain things might be published in certain publications and it is always a presumption that they are read. The SPEAKER : Order, members! I call to order the member for Leschenault and the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure.
