review of surrogacy laws currently underway by the Australian Law Reform
Commission.
(1) Has the minister been briefed about the review
and/or the issues paper?
(2) Will the minister or the department be lodging
a submission before the deadline of 11 July?
(3) If no to (1) or (2), why not?
