I refer to the South West Development Commission (SWDC), and I ask: (a) why is it that only ten per cent of the total grants approved by the SWDC in 2013-14 were paid to non-government organisations and ninety per cent of grants approved were provided to public sector organisations; (b) why is it that State Government appropriations to the SWDC dropped from $4,517,000 in 2012-13 to $449,000 in 2013-14; (c) in 2012-13, how much income was generated by the sale of land; and (d) in relation to (c), how was the income generated by the sale of land expended by the SWDC (please identify the projects funded and the amount of funding for each project)?
