My question is to the Attorney General representing the
Minister for Agriculture and Food representing the Minister for Mines and
Petroleum.
I refer to the period since the Reform and Development at
Resources Safety strategy was established by the Department of Mines and
Petroleum in 2010.
(1) What has
been the total number of reported incidents in which an injured worker was
absent from work for two weeks or more?
(2) How many of
these reported incidents have been assessed by an associated site visit by a
safety inspector?
(3) How many of
these reported incidents resulted in enforcement action?
(4) How many of
these reported incidents have an associated investigation file?
