I refer to the minister’s announcement on 20 September that Ms Gwenn Murray had been contracted to examine the Department for Community Development’s handling of 42 cases of abuse of children in care over the previous 18 months. (1) Did Ms Murray provide her report to the minister by the end of October, as expected? (2) If yes, when will the minister make a copy of the report public, as promised?
