I refer to the Minister to the 'Draft Policy SRT/D20: Nutrient Offset Policy for the Swan Canning Catchment' and the Minister's advice on 29 June 2011 that he expected to receive an updated draft policy from the trust by mid-August, and his answer on 13 June 2012, and I ask —
(1) Given that the public comment period closed more than two years ago on 30 July 2010, and the draft policy has been under review for more than one year, when will the policy be finalised and implemented?
(2) If the Government have decided not to proceed with an Offset Policy for the Swan Canning Catchment, when was the decision made and why?
