What criteria need to be met for the installation flashing 40 kph solar sign, and will the Minister list for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 year to date, the locations where these signs are installed; and
(a) the total cost for each of those years for the signs; and
(b) of those listed, how many signs have been installed in lieu of children’s crossings?
